Prayers

Its hard to believe that in just about 6 1/2 weeks we will get to meet each other!  Are you EXCITED!?!  I know that I am.  I can’t wait to see how God is going to use our team to minister to the people of the Philippines!  It’s going to be great!

 

So, let me pass some prayer requests on to you all from our hosts…

 

1.  Please continue to pray for housing as it is still being worked out.  I haven’t heard an update lately, but we should still be praying about it.

 

2.  In regards to housing and where we will be staying, please also pray for the ministries that we will be a part of.  Pray for our hosts, Ruben, Sharon, and Joy, as they work out the ministries that we will be involved in.

 

3.  Did you know that Ruben and Sharon are expecting a little one!  This is very exciting for them as it will be their first.  Joy is also excited to be an aunt!  Sharon needs some prayer though.  She is suffering from morning sickness and needs you to pray for relief.  Please pray that she will be able to eat so that she can gain back some of the weight she has lost.  She is down to 34 kilos, which calculates to 75 pounds.  She was petite to begin with, so pray that she will be able to gain some weight back.   Please pray that she will have some relief from the morning sickness and will begin to have a healthier pregnancy.

 

Keep on praying, and the Lord will be listening!  I’m so excited to meet all of you in a few weeks and I hope that you are ready for God to move in your life; there is no doubt in my mind that he will!
